Brown’s Bay Bungalow is a bright and sunny little vacation house, located right on the inter-coastal waterway in Redington Beach, on Florida’s Gulf coast. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, Florida room, a large dock, and a little beach right at the edge of the large yard. It’s a home that’s been passed down and serves as a wonderful vacation destination for our family and the families of many of our friends (and friends of friends).
Location: 161st Avenue in Redington Beach
Redington Beach is located on the Gulf coast, just west of St. Petersburg and south of Clearwater. It’s easily accessible from both the Tampa and Clearwater/St. Pete airports.

Visiting/Fees: Our goal is to share our little bit of paradise with our friends and family to spread the happiness and create new memories. Interested parties are asked only to contribute to the “operating costs” (i.e. taxes and bills), which come out to $500/week.
